The fit-out works to the wine store & tasting room OAK N4 in Finsbury Park, London were completed before Christmas 2016. We are pleased that the subsequent opening was a success, and the tasting room has been well received by the public. If you ever find yourself in the Finsbury Park area, you should stop there for a taster. https://twitter.com/Oak_n4 , http://oakn4.co.uk/
We have been working closely with Lewisham Council planning department over the last two months leading to approval for both of our under croft proposals. We now aim to develop the design with Phoenix Community Housing to deliver an elegant, robust and economic scheme. This will ultimately result in providing caretakers facilities for the site and much needed affordable residential accommodation for the wider borough. For more information, click here.
Soon you will be able to taste and purchase a selection of quality wines from around the world in a new independent wine store & tasting room in London, just outside Finsbury Park underground station. We have been working with our clients on realising their new venture for the last 10 months. A prolonged planning process delayed commencement of the building and fit-out works, but after receiving the long awaited planning approval for ‘change of use’ from Islington Council’s planning committee, works have started on site beginning of November 2016. We are looking forward to the shop & tasting room’s opening before Christmas this year.
